2. Service Description

notebook2slides provides a file conversion service that allows users to convert SMART Notebook (.notebook) files to Google Slides and PDF formats. Our service includes:

• File upload and conversion processing
• Google Slides integration and file creation
• PDF generation and download
• User account management and conversion history

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer various subscription tiers with different conversion limits:

• Free Plan: 5 total conversions with basic features
• Pro Plan: 150 total conversions with enhanced features
• Ultra Plan: 5,000 total conversions with advanced features

Paid plans are billed as one-time payments. Conversion limits are lifetime limits, not monthly quotas.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content of your uploaded files. By using our service, you grant us:

• Permission to process your files for conversion purposes
• Temporary storage rights during the conversion process
• The right to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

You must own or have permission to convert all uploaded content. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Exceed usage limits or abuse our service
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to bulk upload files beyond plan limits

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
